Alban. A world without gods…
Long ago, the gods warred amongst themselves until the world was bereaved of their presence. This became known as the Celestial War. Their only evidence remains in the form of godshards: small, crystallised essence of a fallen god’s soul, containing enormous power.
Now rumours spread of a new god in Alban. Worshippers of this deity, the Silver Order, are aggressively converting followers and amassing strength, attacking all who dare defy them in their effort to seize the godshards.
When young Adanna Avenal, a squire of the Mana Knights, discovers a mysterious stone in a cave near her hometown, her quiet life suddenly plunges into chaos and mayhem. Unable to face this threat alone, Adanna must join forces with a hot-tempered Ruby, a Mana Knight who seems more apt to stir up trouble than to preserve the Code of Chivalry.
They soon learn that the Silver Order seeks to attain the power of the gods. Can this mismatched pair save the Kingdom of Ordonia – no, the world of Alban – from such a threat?
